Since 1989, Jesse L. Skipper has practiced law in Florida with an unwavering focus on business, employment, and civil litigation. Admitted in both Florida (1989) and California (1993), and trained at the University of Florida School of Law (J.D. with honors, 1988), he brings both intellectual rigor and practical judgment to every case.

He served as Articles Editor of the University of Florida International Law Journal in 1987–1988, an early signal of the international dimension that continues to inform his practice.
